电厂锅炉SNCR脱硝系统有氨水和尿素两种还原剂，以下分别对两种系统进行介绍。

系统用途：用于水泥生产线、电厂锅炉、工业锅炉的烟气脱硝。
系统维护：定期对管路阀门和脱硝喷枪进行检查 ，***跑冒滴漏现象，消除安全隐患，停用检修时应对管路进行冲洗，防止氨水泄露。
SNCR脱硝喷枪双流体喷枪的一般应用：
喷枪采用快速接头连接方式，拆卸方便；
采用保护碳化硅，具有耐高温，耐磨损等特点，无需另设冷却装置就可确保喷枪长期安全运行；
喷枪体积小，套管外径只有36mm,可直接安装于炉壁上。
喷枪采用保护套管及活动法兰连接。可手动将伸进或者退出炉内；
采用金属保护套管设有风冷接口，确保高温环境下长期使用；

高炉泸顶喷雾降温；
高炉煤气降温冷却；
